Anywhere and Everywhere: Study Abroad

Is your heart set on studying abroad for a semester or even a year of college? Several majors at UVM strongly encourage it - and there's a world full of options available to our students. While some programs have language proficiency expectations, many do not. Counselors in our Office of International Education will help you match up your academic plans and credit requirements, as well as language skills and special interests, with a program that's right for you.

Nearly one-third of UVM students study abroad each year in more then 60 different countries. We love hearing from many of them - like Colin, the camel jockey below, who is in Morocco this semester. He says the green and gold shirt/turban combination he wore on an outing in the Sahara was inadvertant - but proof that UVM's colors go everywhere.
